Refund policy
If the fork does not earn its place in your daily rhythm, send it back. We pay return shipping. No questions.

We would rather have you keep your money than something you do not use. The guarantee runs for thirty full days from the date your order arrives.
Eligibility
A return is eligible if:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The fork is in the condition you received it — original box, mallet, care card, Pocket Field Guide included.
- The fork has not been damaged through misuse (struck against hard surfaces, dropped from height, submerged in water).
How to return
Three steps. No call required.
- Email support@tonebound.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We email you a prepaid return label within 4 hours (business days). The shipping is on us.
- Drop the package at any DHL / FedEx / UPS location, or arrange home pickup with the return label QR code.
Refund timeline
Once the package arrives at our return centre, we process the refund within 3 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. It typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days from our processing email, write to us — we will trace it directly with our payment processor.
Damaged or defective items
If your fork arrives damaged in transit, or develops a defect within the lifetime warranty period, you do not need to return it. Email support@tonebound.com with a photo within 14 days. A replacement ships immediately. We absorb the cost.
What is not refundable
- Forks returned outside the 30-day window.
- Forks damaged through misuse (struck against hard surfaces, dropped, submerged).
- Gift cards.
- Original shipping fees on orders below $40 (we refund product cost only; below $40 the shipping is non-refundable).
Exchanges
Want a different frequency? We process exchanges as a refund + new order. Email us and we will guide you — usually the new fork ships before the original arrives back to us.
International returns
Same policy applies worldwide. Return shipping is on us. Any customs / VAT paid on the original order is refunded by us, since we ship duty-paid (DDP) on most routes. For non-DDP routes, you may need to claim the import VAT directly from your local customs authority — we provide the documentation.
