Pricing and payment.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated, exclusive of taxes and shipping where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
• Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, error in pricing, or stock unavailability. If we cancel after charging, we refund within 3 business days.

Shipping.

Returns and refunds.

Intellectual property.

All content on tonebound.com — text, photography, logo, mark, design system, the Resonance Letter, the Pocket Field Guide — is the property of ToneBound and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell our content without written permission.

User-submitted content (reviews, photos sent to us) — by submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing and editorial purposes, with attribution where reasonable.

Acceptable use.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders.
