Orders of $40 or more ship free to over 60 countries. Below $40, a flat $7.99 shipping fee applies anywhere in the world.

Processing time

We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order (business days). Tracking emails arrive the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

  • Canada — 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom — 6 to 10 business days
  • European Union — 7 to 12 business days
  • UAE & GCC — 5 to 8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs holds and weather disruptions can extend delivery by a few days.

Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking via DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination. The tracking link in your shipping email updates within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If the tracker shows "label created, not yet received" for a day or two, that is normal — the package is in transit between scanning hubs.

Customs and duties

For most countries we ship duty-paid (DDP) — meaning import duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. For a handful of countries, local import duties may apply on receipt — these are the customer's responsibility. You will be notified at checkout if your country is affected.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@tonebound.com within 14 days. We send a replacement immediately — no return required for damaged items. For genuinely lost packages, we open a carrier trace and ship a replacement within 3 business days.

Address changes

Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. After that, the package may have already shipped and we cannot redirect it.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery without contacting us first, the return shipping and any restocking fees are deducted from your refund. If the refusal was for a legitimate reason (damaged box, wrong product), no fees apply.

Restrictions

We ship to most of the world, but a small number of countries are restricted due to carrier limitations or trade regulations. Checkout will inform you if your country is unavailable. Email support@ton
